I focus on helping project managers discover their inner leader so they can level-up to the positions they want while accomplishing more in their life.

With over 15 years of management consulting and project management experience across diverse industries and many different types of multi-million dollar projects to give me a better understanding of what it takes to deliver success both professionally and personally.
Throughout my consulting journey, I’ve had the opportunity to rescue a number of projects - strategic organizational projects that were in trouble and in danger of complete utter failure.

Despite not having subject matter expertise in many of the projects, I’ve been able to deliver these projects to success.​
This has made me ask two important questions that drive my project leadership coaching:​
What have I done that has allowed me to successful when, arguably, I was less qualified than the previous project manager?
Where was the support for the previous project manager to provide them the opportunity to succeed?
What I discovered was eye-opening.
Many PMs are in a lonely journey where it takes more than methodologies to reach success.
It’s difficult for PMs to seek objective help without putting their job at risk when there’s project trouble. This has only added to the support gap to build PM leadership skills effectively.
